I am very proud to add DipCouns. to my name… somehow I have accumulated rather a lot of letters after my name, something I would be happy to analyse! It does keep life interesting as I truly believe to value love Life and learning.
This has been a long journey starting way before lockdown years with the certificate course enabling me to practice and train as a counsellor now with the Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling. These skills have enabled me to grow as a person but also help others and try to be aware when working with the vulnerable people I work with in my community music projects. This also feeds into my writing and PhD research where I explore how music can play a part in recovery from trauma.
